Ways we can work together

Counseling, creative healing, and community connection.

Alder + Sage Collective brings together clinicians and facilitators who make space for healing in many forms. Explore the offerings below, then reach out to find the support that fits your needs.

There is no single right way to heal.

Some seasons call for individual reflection. Others invite us to strengthen a relationship, gather with a group, or find expression through creativity and play. Our collective offers a range of thoughtful paths, rooted in care, curiosity, and connection.

01

Individual counseling

One-on-one support for your story, your goals, and your pace.

Individual counseling is a private, collaborative space to make sense of what you are carrying. You may be navigating anxiety, loss, identity questions, life changes, relationship patterns, or a feeling that something needs to shift.

Together, you and your clinician can build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and make room for meaningful change without losing sight of your strengths.

02

Couples counseling

A caring space to understand each other and move forward together.

Couples counseling creates room to slow down, listen differently, and work with the patterns that can leave partners feeling stuck, distant, or misunderstood.

Whether you are rebuilding trust, facing a transition, or hoping to strengthen an already meaningful relationship, your clinician can help you practice clearer communication and more connected ways of being together.

03

Family counseling

Support for families seeking more understanding, connection, and possibility.

Families are living systems, shaped by love, stress, history, and change. Family counseling offers a supported setting where each voice can be heard and new patterns can begin to take shape.

We can work together around communication, conflict, shifting roles, parenting concerns, grief, or the changes that come with a new season of family life.

04

Group therapy

Shared space to heal, learn, and feel less alone.

Group therapy brings people together around common experiences in a confidential, facilitated setting. It is a place to be witnessed, offer perspective, and discover that you are not the only one carrying what you carry.

Groups may focus on a particular theme or life experience and offer a steady rhythm of connection, reflection, and practice.

05

Art & play therapy

Creative, expressive care for feelings that do not always fit into words.

Art and play therapy use creative materials, imagination, movement, and play to support expression and exploration. These approaches can be especially helpful when words feel hard to find or when a more hands-on path feels right.

No artistic experience is needed. The focus is not on making something perfect; it is on making room for insight, regulation, connection, and healing.

06

Workshops

Practical, reflective learning spaces for individuals and communities.

Workshops offer an accessible way to pause, learn, and practice alongside others. They may explore topics connected to wellbeing, relationships, creativity, communication, or collective care.

Each gathering is designed to be welcoming, useful, and grounded in the belief that learning can be both meaningful and human.

07

Community offerings

Free healing gatherings, music, and arts experiences for our community.

Our community offerings are free spaces to gather, create, listen, and reconnect. They may include healing gatherings, music, arts experiences, and other invitations to share time and presence with one another.

These offerings are not a substitute for counseling. They are an open-door part of our collective: a way to nurture belonging and make room for joy, reflection, and connection in community.

Not sure where to begin?
